veild provides open-source intelligence (OSINT) powered background check services. Our platform aggregates publicly available information to generate comprehensive reports on individuals and organizations.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding background checks and data privacy
• Obtain proper consent where required before conducting background checks
• Not resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service

4. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Compliance

This Service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The information provided should not be used for decisions related to employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA without obtaining a proper consumer report from a licensed consumer reporting agency.

5. Payment Terms

Background checks are priced at $1 USD per search. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once a search has been initiated.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

veild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
